At Apex Sport Custom, we want every fan to love their jersey. If the fit isn't right or you simply change your mind, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
- Unworn and unwashed, in the same condition you received it, with no signs of wear, sweat, odor, or washing.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging still attached and intact.
- Standard (non-personalized) items only. Jerseys with custom names, numbers, or prints are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, as long as it has not yet shipped. Our processing time is 2-5 business days. Once a tracking number has been issued, the order can no longer be canceled and must be returned after delivery under the standard return process.
Flexible Solutions
Because we ship worldwide, return shipping can be expensive. For minor sizing issues or small discrepancies, we may offer a partial refund or store credit so you can keep or gift the item without shipping it back. This is offered at our discretion, case by case.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at support@apexsportcustom.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Get approval. Within 1-2 business days, we will send you a Return Authorization (RMA) number and the return address. Please do not ship anything back without an RMA number.
- Ship it back. Pack the item securely and use a trackable service. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, and we cover all shipping costs.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective, the customer pays for return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We charge no restocking fee on standard returns.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we will email you, and approved refunds are processed right away. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only: PayPal payments are refunded to your PayPal account, and Visa card payments are refunded to your card. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
