- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
03Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, for example due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or incomplete information. An order is confirmed only when you receive our confirmation email. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
04Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time without notice. We currently accept PayPal and Visa. By paying, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Taxes, duties, and import fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
05Custom & Personalized Items
Many of our jerseys are made to order. When you submit a name, number, or design, you are responsible for checking spelling, numbers, and sizing before you pay. Personalized items are produced exactly as submitted and are final sale, except where they arrive with a manufacturing defect. Slight variations in color, print placement, and fabric between screens and the finished product are normal.
06Processing & Shipping
Our processing time is 2-5 business days, after which your order is handed to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the destination, customs, and carrier performance. We are not liable for delays outside our control. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly.
07Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not shipped, and request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Full details are in our Return & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
08Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and layout, belongs to Apex Sport Custom or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Team names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on this site remain the property of their respective owners.
09Designs You Submit
If you upload or provide a design, text, or artwork for customization, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or contain unlawful, hateful, or offensive material. We may refuse or cancel any order containing content we believe violates these rules, with a full refund.
10Prohibited Use
- Using the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access, introduce malware, or disrupt the website.
- Scraping, copying, or reselling our content or product images without permission.
- Abusing our returns or refund process.
11Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
