Accepted Payment Methods
Apex Sport Custom accepts the following payment methods at checkout:
- PayPal Pay with your PayPal balance or with any bank account or card linked to your PayPal account.
- Visa Pay with a Visa credit or debit card.
We do not accept cash, checks, bank transfers, cryptocurrency, or any other payment method at this time.
Secure Payments
All payments are processed through secure, third-party payment providers (PayPal and our card payment processor). We never see, receive, or store your full card number or security code on our website.
When You Are Charged
Your payment is taken in full at checkout and covers your items, shipping, and any applicable taxes shown in your order summary. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been successfully processed.
Currency & Pricing
All prices are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD). If your card or PayPal account uses a different currency, your bank or PayPal may apply its own exchange rate and foreign transaction fees, which are outside our control. Prices may change at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
Declined or Failed Payments
If your payment is declined, your order will not be placed. Please double-check your billing details and available funds, try another payment method, or contact your bank or PayPal for help. If you were charged but did not receive an order confirmation, email us right away.
Order Verification
To protect our customers and our store from fraud, we may review certain orders before processing. We may contact you to confirm your details, and we reserve the right to cancel any order we cannot verify. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Taxes, Duties & Import Fees
Because we ship worldwide, orders delivered outside our shipping origin may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds & Disputes
